4°)Final advice for the observations :

During the first contact the sun will be low on the horizon. You will have to choose an observation site where the horizon is clear.
If you can, try to visit a few observation sites before the transit.
You must absolutely avoid foggy places.

Train yourself ! Practice with your material. The observers who chose the photographic methodology should practice taking sunspot photographs.
You must be ready for the transit day.
